The Dark Side: The Misunderstood Side of the Force

One aspect that is present in any Star Wars related media is The Force. Whether it is used by the Jedi or the Sith, the force is everywhere in the Star Wars galaxy. Even people who are not able to manipulate it acknowledge its existence. Everyone also knows that there is the light side of the force, and the dark side of the force. The light side is associated with the Jedi, and the dark side with the Sith. Although it is viewed as evil, and even labeled the dark side, it is not inherently evil. It is just misunderstood, and at the mercy of an organization that gives it a bad name.

Batman: Monitor of the Multiverse

I have already written two posts about what would happen if Krypton never blew up. The first one included a character that hinted at Batman. But how did such a character even end up on that planet? A planet light years away from Earth, when Earth has no interplanetary travel capabilities. I decided to write a little spin-off that explained it. Hope you like it.

Keep Magneto Jewish

Recently, an article was written by a man named Eli Keel over at Salon.com. In it, he makes an argument that Magneto should be rebooted as black, and as a former fighter of the Civil Rights movement. For those of you who are unaware, Magneto is a survivor of the Holocaust. While this is not a widely known fact, it is a big part of how Magneto came to be the villain that we all know today. He is one of the few Jewish characters in the Marvel universe, and easily the most well known. To make him anything else could be considered Anti-Semitic. The original article can be found here.

What if... Krypton never Blew Up (Part 2)

The first story that I wrote about was a what if story about a possible outcome if the planet Krypton never blew up. I had an idea for a continuation of it, so I decided to write it out. This one takes place shortly after the first story I wrote. If you did not read it, you can find it here.

Star Wars: The Clone Chronicles

Star Wars is one of the most iconic film franchises in history. Many different stories are told; from all different perspectives whether it is the movies, or the various books that have been published. There has been one group in both trilogies whose origin story has been portrayed, but after that, we know what they do, but not much more about them. In the original trilogy, it was the Storm troopers, and in the new trilogy it was the Clone troopers. We know their origin, but I thought it would be interesting to try and find a behind the scenes story. Star Wars: The Clone Wars TV show explored this a bit, and I want to continue the story. I’m going to take a soldier, and write a short story from their perspective, which will include their opinions, and thoughts about the war they are in, the soldiers who fight beside them, etc. Some of them might be long, and some of them might be short, but I hope you like them nonetheless. Here is the first part of I want to call, The Clone Chronicles.

Star Wars: The Argument for Canon

Star Wars is back! When Disney bought Lucasfilm and announced a new slate of movies, fanboys and fangirls everywhere rejoiced. Since the original trilogy had been released, there have been numerous book published, comic books written, video games created and many other products that established a vast expanded Star Wars universe.  Which storylines from this universe would be explored in the new movies.

What If...... Captain American was never frozen?

Everyone loves Captain America. The story of the hero of World War 2,  who was frozen in a block of ice. Only to be awoken decades later in a time of need. What would the world be like if he were never frozen? Would H.Y.D.R.A destroy S.H.I.E.L.D from the inside? What would have be his place in the decades  leading up to the twentieth century? We can only guess. Here is a short tale of what might have happened, if Captain America was never frozen in ice.
