Batmen of the Multiverse (Part 1)

Hey all!
So for those of you who know me, you know I am a big Batman fan. For those of you who didn't know that, ill tell you now. I am a big Batman fan. I honestly think he is the greatest superhero in the DC comic book universe. He has no superpowers, yet he constantly goes toe to toe with villains (and sometimes other heroes) with powers. I guess you could say his power is super dedication from traveling the world, learning many different fighting styles, as well as healing techniques, ninja training, and much more to help him become who he is today.
Throughout his history, Batman has worn many different versions of his outfit. Sometimes the person under the cowl is not even Bruce Wayne, but someone else entirely. Sometimes his outfits have only small changes (depending on who is drawing the issues at the time) and sometimes it is a completely different looking suit.
I decided to start a collection of the different bat suits that Batman has worn. To actually collect all of the suits would get super expensive, and most of the suits aren't made as costumes to actually be worn. So I decided to collect Batman action figures. No two figures would be alike, and each one would depict a different version of Batman. Here, Ill post about them periodically to keep you informed of the progress of this project. Ill be calling it "Batmen of the Multiverse".
If you are wondering what the multiverse is, it is a good thing you are still reading, because ill explain it. The multiverse theory is the theory that there are an infinite number of universes in existence, sometimes different than ours a little but, but sometimes significantly. Imagine a universe where I was writing about the various costumes that Superman has worn, and you might get the picture. So now that the little introduction is out of the way, it is time for the first outfit ill write about:

Batman '66
Back in 1966, Batman was brought to TV. He was played by Adam West, and featured a goofier, and less intense version of Batman. Batman and Robin (played by Burt Ward) would make jokes, and it is here where Robin's various catch phrases ( EX: Holy Nuts and bolts Batman!!!) are taken from. Adam West did not exercise, or get in great shape for his role as Batman. It is a classic, and is the first post in this series of posts I guess. Until next time :)
